These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of neadigitalhub.com and to general interactions with NEA Digital Hub through this website. Specific client projects may also be governed by a proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice, service agreement or other written terms agreed for that project. If project-specific written terms conflict with these general website terms, the project-specific terms will normally control for that engagement.

NEA Digital Hub retains ownership of its pre-existing know-how, reusable methods, internal tools, frameworks, templates and intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ownership and licensing of custom project deliverables are determined by the applicable proposal or project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, plugins, libraries, stock assets and platforms remain subject to their own licenses.

Projects may rely on services operated by third parties, including hosting providers, domain registrars, email platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising platforms, APIs, plugins, app stores and software vendors. NEA Digital Hub does not control those services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability, pricing, policies or future changes.
Payments and subscriptions
Where paid services are agreed, payment schedules, deposits, milestones, subscriptions, renewal terms and cancellation arrangements are defined in the relevant proposal, invoice or service agreement. Third-party subscriptions and platform fees may be billed separately unless expressly included.
